Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, consulting sessions, and customized Done-For-You (DFY) services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

In certain rare situations, an extension or rescheduling may be provided at our sole discretion, depending on the service type and availability.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session or complete your program on time:

• You may request an extension or reschedule via email at least 24 hours before your scheduled slot.

• Approvals are subject to Traffix HQ’s discretion and based on case-by-case evaluation.

• No monetary refunds or credit transfers will be offered.

• Once a DFY project has commenced (team assigned or work initiated), no refund or cancellation will be accepted.

• In case of unforeseen client-side delays (e.g., missing assets, logins, or approvals), the project duration may be extended — but no monetary refund will be provided.

• Extensions or pause options can be granted at our discretion only.

By purchasing from Traffix HQ, you acknowledge that: 

 • You have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. 

 • You are aware that all sales are final and that only extensions or rescheduling may be considered at our discretion.

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
