By accessing this website, purchasing our eBooks, booking a 1-on-1 consultation, subscribing to our Done-For-You (DFY) marketing services, or using any other offering by Traffix HQ (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

Traffix HQ provides the following services to Coaches, Consultants, E-Commerce Entrepreneurs, and Occult Practitioners:

• Digital Products: eBooks, templates, and online learning materials.

• 1-on-1 Consulting Calls: Personalized business strategy sessions designed to provide clarity, marketing direction, and actionable growth steps.

• Done-For-You (DFY) Services: Complete marketing setup and management solutions, including funnel creation, lead generation systems, ad campaign setup, and brand positioning — executed by our expert team.

• Workshops & Training: Live or recorded sessions to enhance your marketing and business knowledge.

All services are designed for educational, strategic, and business development purposes.

By engaging with Traffix HQ, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

• Will provide accurate and up-to-date information during transactions

If you are under 18, you may only use our services under parental or guardian supervision.

All payments for digital products, consulting sessions, and Done-For-You services must be made in full at the time of purchase or as per the mutually agreed payment schedule.

We use secure, encrypted payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).

Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

a. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Courses)

All sales are final and non-refundable due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital downloads.

b. Consultation Calls (1-on-1 Sessions)

• You may reschedule a booked session by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

• Once the session has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

c. Done-For-You (DFY) Services

• For DFY projects, payments are made in advance or as per the agreed milestone schedule.

• Once a DFY project begins (i.e., team assigned, strategy initiated, or setup started), payments become non-refundable, as significant time and resources are immediately allocated.

• If the client wishes to cancel a DFY service before work commences, a 25% administrative deduction may apply, and the balance (if any) will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

• In case of client delays (e.g., not providing assets, content, or access credentials), the project timeline may be extended but will not qualify for a refund.

d. Workshops or Training Programs

Tickets or enrollments are non-refundable, but in some cases may be transferred to a future batch or event at our discretion.

• Consultation and DFY onboarding calls will be conducted as per the mutually agreed schedule.

• Clients are expected to join on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session duration.

• Any session recordings or materials provided are for personal use only and cannot be shared or redistributed.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in unethical, abusive, or disrespectful conduct.
